Breathe Easier, Work More Effectively With An Office Air Purifier

When I was a kid I enjoyed watching Superman. I envied his supernatural abilities such as his amazing hearing or eagle eye vision. I didn't understand back then why this superhero would wish sometimes to be a regular guy. Now I understand that sometimes it is easier not to see something that is real but we wish it wasn't there.

Perhaps this is why our senses have limitations. Imagine being able to see every dust mite in your home or office, or be aware of every tiny particle of dust or pollen. I personally am glad that I don't have to see all the mold floating in the air. I don't think I would last longer than a few seconds without wearing a face mask.

But Superman knew that knowledge is power. As inconvenient as his awareness of surrounding danger was at times, it made it possible to overcome it. So it is with the quality of air we breathe. Scientists and engineers looked closer into our environment and designed air purifiers that remove the contaminants before they reach our lungs.

Most people spend most of their time inside. We rest and sleep in our apartments and houses and we work in factories and offices. If you work in an office, is an office air purifier part of your office supply?

For about 8 hours a day you breathe in some dust, mold spores, pollen, and dust mites. In many cases our office air also contains harmful chemicals. For example, many wall paints release harmful chemicals long after they stop smelling.

*We spend a third of our weekday in an office.

The best solution to these problems is moving your work outdoors. If your boss doesn't mind you working at a beach or even better on one of his yachts, I think you should take your laptop and start working in a fresh and clean environment. Otherwise get yourself an office air purifier such as a desktop air purifier. You might be surprised how much more enjoyable your work will be.

As you try to focus on meeting the deadline, your desktop air purifier will fight contaminants by catching some of them in a filter or turning them into solids with an activated carbon. Those office air purifiers that have a UV lamp will also sterilize your air. Your boss will soon realize that adding this small feature to your work environment helps you feel better and results in greater efficiency.
